It’s so nice to see so much green here after such a brown existence in Doha. We have had the opportunity to see so many beautiful flowers here. We have buganvilias at home and while they do grown and are beautiful, they are nowhere near as large and as extensive as the ones they have here. The second picture of the buganvilias is actually the same ones, just a top view. They can be found everywhere around here - so colorful!
The roses were really gorgeous with the dew drops on them. There was a whole line of them along a garden path.
I loved this window box. There are lots of them that dot the streets here. There's no garden areas in the old towns so there are lots of traditional looking window boxes along the city streets. This particular one with the tall sunflowers really caught my eye.
